Salakee Cottage is a beautiful old farmhouse built over 400 years ago.
The cottage sleeps 4/5. There are 2 bedrooms one room with a king size bed in, the other with 2 singles and a pull-out bed. We can also supply a cot upon request.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower inside the bathtub.
The lounge has a woodburning stove and 1 large sofa to relax on after a day enjoying the islands.
The kitchen has all the amenities you should need. There is a washing machine and both a clothes airer or a line outside.
Electricity is on a meter which takes £1 Coins, this is set very low so doesn’t need a lot of feeding.
The cottage is available from 2pm on the day you arrive, checkout is at 10am. We can look after your luggage if your arrival times don’t fit with those times.
A £100 deposit is taken to confirm your booking, the remaining balance is then due 4 weeks before arrival.
We do allow dogs at the farm, we do however ask that they are kept on leads around the farm due to livestock. Plus they stay downstairs.

The weather can disrupt travel to and from the islands, so we strongly recommend to take out the appropriate travel insurance.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Many thanks,
Kylie and Dave
